General Kinematics new double C-Flange motors for vibratory applications have been redesigned for additional g force capabilities, resulting in less shaft deflection and increased uptime. GK's state of the art cad designed electrical motors optimize slot and rotor configuration, have an increased L10 bearing life, and are explosion proof rated with optimal flame path consideration. GK C-Flange motors are specifically engineered for heavy duty vibratory applications in consideration of two mass technology and are a direct upgrade for AO smith and Louis Allis designs. Foot Mounted.

General Kinematics foot mounted vibratory-duty motors are uniquely engineered with state of the art robotics to GK specifications. Each motor is QC checked in temp controlled labs, and is totally enclosed for explosion proof and IAC ratings. All vibrators are lubricated in the factory and do not require further lubrication if used in normal operating conditions. In heavy duty operating conditions periodical re-lubrication may be required.
